Please read these terms carefully before booking a consultation with Dr. Salini J P. By booking and paying for an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms listed below.
No appointment is confirmed until full payment is received via Razorpay. Appointments are non-transferable and cannot be gifted or reassigned to another person. Your booking is personal to you.
All payments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances — including cancellation by the patient, rescheduling requests, no-shows, or session termination by the practitioner. This applies to all consultation types and programme packages.
All interaction with Dr. Salini — before, during, and after consultations — must remain strictly clinical and professional in nature at all times.
Dr. Salini reserves the right to immediately disconnect and terminate any video call without prior warning if the patient engages in any of the following:
This policy applies to the video call itself, as well as all WhatsApp messages, emails, and any other form of communication with Dr. Salini or her clinic.
All video consultations are recorded for clinical documentation purposes only. Recordings are stored securely and accessed solely by Dr. Salini for clinical reference, case notes, and follow-up care. By booking a consultation, you provide your explicit consent to being recorded.
Recordings are never shared with third parties and are not used for any purpose other than clinical documentation.
Consultations are booked for a fixed duration. At 45 minutes into any session, a prompt will appear on screen offering an extension. A further payment of ₹1,500 per additional 30 minutes is required to continue beyond the booked time.
Extension payments are also non-refundable.
It is the patient's sole responsibility to ensure that receiving a teleconsultation from a homeopathic physician based in India is permitted under the laws and regulations of their country of residence. Dr. Salini's clinic is not liable for any regulatory concerns in the patient's jurisdiction.
Homeopathic consultation is not a substitute for emergency medical care or conventional medical treatment. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please contact your local emergency services immediately. Dr. Salini's consultations are intended to complement, not replace, conventional medical care.
All patient information shared during registration and consultation is treated as confidential. Data is stored securely and used solely for the purpose of providing homeopathic care. We do not sell or share patient data with any third party.
Dr. Salini's clinic reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the booking system constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
‡ Summary of Clause 3: Dr. Salini reserves the right to end any call immediately and without warning if she deems any patient conduct to be inappropriate, sexual, offensive, or disrespectful. No refund will be provided in such cases, for the consultation fee, the time already taken, or any extension payments already made.
